General enquiries and problems understanding your PDF document

If you have a question relating to the information contained within the PDF, please telephone the Land Registry office shown on the lead page of your download, quoting the title number.

If you have a general enquiry about land registration and not about a problem you may be experiencing in using the "Find a Property" service, please click here for contact details.

Problems using the "Find a Property" and "Flood Risk Indicator" service

If you are having a problem in using the "Find a Property" and "Flood Risk Indicator" service, or your download problem persists, you can e-mail or call us.

To help respond to your email as quickly as possible, please include:

  • WorldPay Transaction ID
  • Address details of the property searched, or Land Registry title number
  • PC setup information: Operating system, Adobe Acrobat Reader version and your current browser
  • Your name, address, telephone number (including STD code) and email address

You can call us on 0844 892 0456 (called at the national rate charged by your telephone service provider). Calls are recorded, telephone support is available during the following hours:

08.30 - 18.00 Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays)
