Publication schemes

As well as responding to requests for information, we publish information proactively. The Freedom of Information Act requires every public authority to have a publication scheme, approved by the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), and to publish information covered by the scheme.

Land Registry's Publication Scheme describes what information we make available or plan to make available.

A separate scheme for the The Land Registration Rule Committee is also available.
