New guidelines for supporting documents coming from 30 June

From Monday 30 June you will no longer need to send us any original documents when you apply by post to change the register of a registered property. Find out more in our latest news article.

The Land Registration Fee Order came into force on 17 March 2014.

The documents below will help you to identify the correct fee payable for your application:
