Land Registration Rule Committee

Land Registration Rules and Land Registration Fee Orders are made with the advice and assistance of the Rule committee established under section 127 of the Land Registration Act 2002.

This work involves considering and commenting on draft Rules and Orders and amendments to existing Rules and Orders for the purpose of advising and assisting the Lord Chancellor and Secretary of State.

The Land Registration Rule Committee Publication Scheme (the Scheme) describes what information is made available or planned to be made available.

Re-appointment of Mr Peter Candon to the Land Registration Rule Committee
This is to confirm the earlier decision by the Justice Secretary to agree the re-appointment of Mr Peter Candon to the Land Registration Rule Committee until 31 December 2012.

The reappointment has been made in accordance with the OCPA Code of Practice.
