Portal fees
The portal is the gateway to Land Registry's information services and land charges services. You can find a guide to our fees for these services below.
Our information services fees are charged under the current Land Registration Fee Order, which came into force on Monday 22 October 2012. Our land charges fees are set out in the current Land Charges Fees Rules.
Your application may be cancelled if the correct fee is not paid.
Information services fees

| Official Search of Whole with priority, Official Search of whole without priority, Official Search of part with priority, Home Rights Search | A fee of £3 is charged for each search submitted. |
| Search of the Index Map | (1) Where no or not more than five registered Titles disclosed - £4 |
| Outline Application Day List Enquiry | A fee of £2 is charged for each application submitted. No Fee |
| Electronic Notification of Discharge (END) Enquiry | No fee |
| Official Search of the index of relating Franchises and Manors | £3 per administrative area |
| Official copy by property description - postal | No fee for finding the Title Number but the usual fees apply for the copy register |
| Enquiry by Property Description | Each Register View, Title Plan View and Document View request is charged as above |
| Register View | A fee of £3 is charged for each register displayed (whether accessed by title number or property description). There is no charge for enquiries that only serve to establish that the title has not yet been computerised. Printing the screen contents does not attract additional fees. |
| Title Plan View | A fee of £3 is charged for each title plan displayed. Printing the screen contents does not attract additional charges. |
| Document View | A fee of £5 is charged for a copy of a set of documents displayed (excluding leases). A fee of £11 is charged for each lease displayed. Printing the screen contents does not attract additional charges. |
