To visit a local Customer Information Centre you must make an appointment. Appointments are available Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 6pm (excluding public holidays).

Normal business hours for our local offices are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (excluding public holidays).

Our customer support phone service is open Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm (excluding public holidays).
