How do I apply for Business e-services?

This section is designed to help you select the best services for your organisation and guide you through the process of applying.

Having a portal account with Land Registry is the starting point for accessing our online business services, and for gaining automated access to the register via Business Gateway (see our Business Gateway pages for more detail).

Standard application

A single application covers an entire legal entity including all departments, branches and sub offices. If you have the authority to apply on behalf of the whole organisation and you know the services you require, you can apply for Business e-services now:

Apply for Business e-services accessed through the portal. Follow the guidance to download, print and complete the forms appropriate for the services you have chosen.

Accessing additional services

If your organisation already has portal access and you wish to apply for additional e-services such as Network Services or Lender Services, you can apply for additional services now:
