Gerard Connell is Non-executive Director, Board to HM Land Registry. He has over 30 years executive experience in strategic, financial and operational roles in industry and the City at:

- Hill Samuel Bank
Gerard’s current Non-executive roles include:
- Senior Independent Director and Chair of the Audit Committee at Pennon, one of the largest groups in the FTSE-250
- Non-executive Director and Chair of Audit at the Defence Science & Technology Laboratory, a trading fund of the Ministry of Defence
- Director of Finance and Investment Strategy at the Nuclear Decommissioning Fund Company Limited, a body set up to monitor nuclear decommissioning liabilities
- Governor at King’s College School Wimbledon
