How it works

You supply a list of names and addresses on a spreadsheet (in excess of 100,000 rows).
We compare your information against our database.
We compare up to a million rows of data overnight and send you the results within 48 hours.
The results show whether we have traced the property on our database and whether your records match, do not match or partially match our ownership information.
It may be possible to receive official copies of the register in PDF format for certain records that do not match.
