Electronic Extent Data (polygons)
Our electronic extent data is used by property consultants, developers, infrastructure companies, utility companies and local authorities to view the extent of specified registered titles.
The data is presented as multi-sided flat shapes (polygons) on a map through your Geographic Information System (GIS) software.
Why purchase this data?

How it works
-
Identify the scope of the registered titles you would like to view through your mapping software and send us your request in an electronic file. You can request data for:
-
a geographical area electronically defined by you
-
a verbally described geographical area, such as a county or district
-
specific title numbers
-
the properties owned by a specific proprietor.
-
- We send you the polygons you have requested in an open standard file format – ESRI shapefile (.shp) and MapInfo (.mid/.mif)
- When you view the polygons through your GIS software, the title numbers are embedded in each polygon for easy identification.
Features
-
You can choose to link additional data to each polygon, such as extent, title ownership, and charge information, PDF registers and PDF title plans, and Ordnance Survey coordinates.
-
You'll find it easy to identify unregistered land within any area for which you request polygons.
-
The data can be refreshed monthly, quarterly, bi-annually or yearly.
-
We offer volume pricing on orders of more than 20,000 polygons.
-
Keep your data up to date with our Monitoring Services.
