Synchronise your registered charge details directly with our database to identify incomplete or inaccurate records and enable electronic discharges. New priority checker option now available.
How it works
We set up a virtual private network (VPN) to enable data to be transmitted between our database and your system.
At the end of each day (Monday to Friday) the systems automatically notify each other of new:
- registrations of a charge in favour of the lender
- discharges of a lender’s charge.
Where possible, electronic discharges are sent automatically.
You can be confident that your back book and forecasts are accurate.
Daily updates provide greater vigilance against fraud.
You will be immediately aware of any problems rather than risk finding out days, months or years later.
This service enables automatic electronic discharge, removing the need to retype discharge information which can reduce your administration costs.
A new priority checker option is now available. This option offers you automatic notification of charges that are registered and discharged; and identification of charges that do not have first priority on the register.
Data is automatically transferred via a VPN.
We send you automatic notifications of registrations or discharges each evening, Monday to Friday.
The data is protected through an agreed encryption method.
We provide a unique charge identity (a 26-character timestamp) for each discharge, which is a prerequisite for an electronic discharge.
You can compare the Risk managment services for lenders with our comparison table.
There will be a cost to set up the VPN. The price of the service varies depending on how much data you would like to synchronise. Please contact our Add Value Team free on 0800 678 1678 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for further information.
