Free trial using your data
During November and December 2012, we are offering a free trial to all interested customers. Simply supply us with a sample of up to 50 properties and owners who have a mortgage with you and we'll confirm priority on the register and the charge date.

How it works

Send us a spreadsheet that contains either title numbers or addresses of the properties that you would like to validate, and the lender names you would like us to search against.
We check your information against our database and we confirm whether a charge exists or whether there is an interest protecting a charge in the registers of those properties.
The results of the validation are returned to you on a spreadsheet showing which properties we have not been able to trace or the names that we have not been able to match to that property. For matched results, the spreadsheet will reveal:
- title numbers
- existence of any charges in your favour
- date of the charge
- priority of your charge
- notification of any other charges in the register.

Key features

You can lodge between 1,000 and 5,000 records and get the results within five days. Please talk to us if you are interested in lodging frequent but smaller files than the minimum quoted.
We can accept larger orders. Contact the Add Value team with the details below for further information.
Validation can be carried out as a one off, or set up to run a monthly audit.
You have the option to identify other noted interests in favour of the lender such as restrictions or notices.
You can order registers for the properties you validate and request other information to be set out on the results spreadsheet.
