How it works

  1. Decide on whether you would like notification of your registered charges or discharged charges, or both, and set up an ongoing analysis with us. (If you would like a one off validation, you would be best suited to our Charge Validation service.)
  2. We extract the details of charges and discharges made in your company's name from our databases.
  3. At the beginning of each month, we send you a list of your new charges that have been registered, the priority they hold on the register and we notify you of any deed that may affect that priority.
  4. If you have opted to subscribe to Discharge Confirmation, we will also send you a list of charges that have been discharged in the previous month.

  • Notification of registered charges and priority: £1 for each title revealed

    • Complete or partial back book cleansing (for One-Year Contract holders only).
    • Notification of discharges when subscribing to both services (notification of discharges will be priced at 50p for each title revealed).
