How it works

Supply us with a list of title numbers or addresses for properties you would like to monitor.
Choose the frequency of the updates. We offer annual, biannual, quarterly or monthly updates.
Choose the level of data you would like returned – an indicator or a full report.
The indicator lists titles with updated edition dates (when a register is updated its edition date changes). You can then purchase individual registers to investigate the changes.
The full report gives you the detail of any changes to ownership and/or charge status. There is an option to receive the full register for any property that has had ownership or charge activity.
We send you the information in an Excel spreadsheet so you can easily integrate it with your systems.

Features

You can back-cast data (going back to 2006) as well as set up ongoing monitoring.
The data in the full report sets out the: deed date; registered-on date; price paid (if available); name, address of vendor/purchaser; and/or date and name of new charge or date of discharge.
A copy of the register is also available on request for both options.

Price

The price depends on the volume of titles or addresses supplied at each required monitoring period. When the updates are completed customers can receive the indicator list no additional charge, or the full report which is charged per title change.
