How it works

Contact us and specify whether you would like to receive regular updates to your polygons or your PPC information.
Choose the frequency of the updates. We offer annual, biannual, quarterly or monthly updates.
For polygons:
- We scan your defined geographical area for updates
- We send you a new data layer that provides a fresh visual representation of registered land ownership through your Geographic Information System
For PPC information:
- We scan for updates against your company name or against a list of title numbers
- We email your results to you in an Excel spreadsheet.

Features

If you are updating Electronic Extent Data, changes to ownership records can also be identified and supplied with the polygon layer.
If you are updating PPC information, you can purchase varying levels of detail:
- You can get a free indicator list which lists titles with updated edition dates (when a register is updated its edition date changes).
- Or get a full refresh of the data that highlights titles that have been added, removed or that have had activity on their register.
