Get an accurate pictorial representation of how multiple title numbers from a search of the index map (SIM) relate to each other on an Ordnance Survey map.

This service is designed for solicitors and conveyancers, infrastructure companies and utilities.

How it works

If your SIM reveals six or more titles, we give you the result as a list of title numbers without an illustrative plan.
You can use our Illustrative Plans service to order a colour-coded plan that shows how these titles relate to each other showing Ordnance Survey features.

We prepare and send your Illustrative Plan within seven working days of receiving payment.
You can request a CD ROM that contains PDF title plans and title registers of the properties in your SIM result.

Features

We prepare Illustrative Plans using the latest Ordnance Survey detail.
- 1/1250 for urban areas.
- 1/2500 for rural areas.
- 1/5000 or 1/10,000 for moorland.
Plans are available on five paper sizes: A4, A3, A2, A1 and A0.
