Official copy update
As of 5 March 2012, we will be introducing the following enhancements to our portal:
- If a register and/or title plan cannot be delivered electronically, an additional screen will now be displayed where you can enter the number of copies that you require. Please note that a fee will be charged for each copy ordered.
- The system will now also display a lessee’s title number, and display as immediately available, if an electronic (scanned) copy of the lease is held.
Our training module How to request official copies has been updated to reflect these enhancements.
These enhancements are in addition to the improvements we made to the portal ‘Request Official copy’ service in September 2011. As a result of the improvements we now make an additional 10,000 official copy document requests available to download where they used to be supplied by post.
