Land Registry shortlisted for customer service awards
The finalists have just been announced for the UK Customer Satisfaction Awards 2013 and Land Registry is delighted to have been shortlisted in two categories:
- ABa Quality Monitoring Customer Focus Award – Large Enterprise. This award is open to any organisation with a turnover in excess of £10m that has placed the customer at the centre of its operations and strategies. Other finalists in this category are Boots, E.ON UK, Homebase, Lloyds TSB Offshore and Simplyhealth.
- The Leadership Factor Best Customer Satisfaction Strategy Award.This award is open to any organisation that has developed a strategy that has measurably improved its customer satisfaction rating. Other finalists in this category are Boots, Bottomline Technologies, CV-Library, ScotRail and Scottish Water.
The UK Customer Satisfaction Awards recognise organisations and individuals that have implemented successful customer service strategies. Organisations from across the UK will be judged by industry experts, business leaders and academics. The winners of the 2013 Awards will be announced on 26 February 2013.
